Milborne Port Now and Then
Take a guided walk back in time through the Highways and By ways of Milborne Port, Goathill and Milborne Wick.
Over 1200 photographs from as far back as 1860 are arranged street by street to show the changes over time.
With a running time of nearly 4 hours, this new 3 DVD set provides an exciting and interesting view of the history of this area.
The DVD has been compiled and produced by local historian Richard Duckworth and retired helicopter systems engineer Geoff Bannister.
Each track has a commentary by Richard, and many tracks are accompanied by the sublime flute playing of Yves Boovy and the London Baroque Ensemble.
